Powerful and attractive.
The Audi S5 Sportback TDI.

Combined fuel consumption*: 6.2–6.1 l/100 km
Combined CO2 emissions*: 162–160 g/km

The Audi S5 Sportback TDI offers plenty of space as well as the power of a sports car. A larger interior and powerful TDI engine lend the 5-door model something very special. And the Audi S5 Sportback is also a joy to behold with new design language and S-specific exterior elements.

The big picture? Down to the smallest detail

The new design language of the Audi S5 Sportback TDI¹ conveys sportiness and appeal from every angle. The standard, S-specific elements add special touches to the exterior: the S bumper, the radiator grille in honeycomb look in matte titanium black with inserts in matte aluminum silver, the wide air inlets in the frame and the blade in matte aluminum silver at the front. At the side, the 18-inch wheels and S sport suspension, the exterior mirrors in matte aluminum silver and the door sill trims illuminated with the S emblem at the front stand out. The wide rear is emphasized by the S diffuser with wraparound trim in matte aluminum silver, the S-specific twin tailpipes in chrome and the S rear spoiler.

Brightly lit

Headlamps with LED technology are standard equipment on the Audi S5 Sportback¹. As an option, you can also have Matrix LED headlights, including Audi laser light. The Audi laser light complements the LED high beam from a speed of 70 km/h. Because it has almost twice the range of the LED high beam, it provides noticeably more safety. Also included in this lighting package are the dynamic lighting effects of the Coming and Leaving Home functions as well as the dynamic flashing light.

Its aspiration? To meet every aspiration

The interior of the Audi S5 Sportback TDI¹ stands out with its sportiness thanks to the S-specific elements – for instance, the optional S sport seats, the standard inlays in matte brushed aluminum and the leather steering wheel in 3-spoke design with multifunction plus, S emblem and contrasting stitching. The new design language includes pronounced horizontally styled elements, high-quality materials and the state-of-the-art infotainment stage, which together create an especially spacious feel. The Audi exclusive range offers additional custom options.

Intuition? And everything in focus

Functions such as the optional MMI navigation plus in the Audi S5 Sportback TDI¹ can be operated intuitively on the 10.1-inch MMI touch display with haptic feedback or using natural speech commands. The Audi virtual cockpit plus is also available for the Audi S5 Sportback TDI¹, which shows the key vehicle data clearly on a 12.3-inch full HD display in your field of view. The S-specific design places the vehicle’s rev counter in the foreground and dispenses with unnecessary complexity, thanks to customizable operation, intuitive menu guidance and driver-oriented display.

Combined fuel consumption*: 6.2–6.1 l/100 km; Combined CO2 emissions*: 162–160 g/km.

Feeling sporty? It starts on the road

From 0 to 100 km/h in under five seconds. An electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h. The 3.0-liter TDI engine (Combined fuel consumption*: 6.2–6.1 l/100 km; Combined CO2 emissions*: 162–160 g/km) with 255 kW (347 hp) and maximum torque of 700 newton meters puts it onto the road. Add to that the quattro all-wheel drive with sport differential, which splits the drive torque actively and variably between the axles, combined with the comfortable driving sensation of the dynamic steering, which constantly adapts the steering ratio and steering force to the vehicle's speed. The 48V Mild Hybrid system increases efficiency. And with Audi drive select and the dynamic, comfort, auto, individual or efficiency settings, you can also directly influence the handling.
