Online traffic information

Never wait for traffic announcements on the radio: With Audi connect, your navigation device is always online and updated with all reports. Therefore, you can quickly see where traffic is tight – the traffic flow is displayed in colour on the map, the navigation gives tips for bypassing congestion. Not only on the highway, but also on country roads and in the city.

What does the display of a shaded path mean?
In the case of a traffic announcement or hindrance, the coloured road marking is displayed in this section of the road (for example green-black). This indicates the length of the traffic hindrance.
Is it possible to activate "online traffic information" for Audi connect enabled vehicles that do not currently support it?
Unfortunately, belated connection to the Audi connect "online traffic information" service is not currently possible.
How are traffic disturbances displayed?
The current flow of traffic is visualised in this map display using coloured road sections:
green: free traffic flow
orange: slow-moving traffic
red: congestion and stoppage
